To learn project management you are better off doing a specialized course and get your PMP certification from PMI.

Assuming you don't have an undergrad in business from an AACSB recognized university, only 1 year program in US I can think of that will admit you is Hult. US MBA is mostly delivered in a 2 year (18 or 21 month) format. Almost every school provides merit based scholarship irrespective of nationality.
If you want 1 year MBA look either in India or in Europe.
How can anyone calculate your chance when you are taking in abstract?

P.S - No one can say about your chances unless you apply and find out yourself. e.g. even if you get a 720 GMAT and apply to let's say Penn State, there is no way anyone can say you have 45% or 73% chance. It simply makes your profile stronger on one data point because your GMAT is greater than average GMAT of Penn State's class

i suggest look for MBA programs in India it will be right choice than thinking about getting in America,i personally think you''ll gain more knowledge and experience while working for the company rather than in college so rest is up to you and all the best for your GMAT,by the way howz everything back in Finland.
