Hi Sara,
Health care will be focussing more on general management of health related projects and institutions, whereas health informatics is probably a lot more limited, and concerns more the IT instruments and systems used to manage such projects and institutions.
Do you have a background in IT? Otherwise an MBA in health informatics could be too challenging I presume.
Which b schools offers those MBAs? Job opportunities depend a good deal of the reputation of the school also.
