Am civil engineer and my role PMO in construction company and am eligible for scholarship in of the following university in UK either ( Liverpool John Morees or East London university ), so please could you guide me which university will be better based on MBA material and ranking of university

Thanks too much for your reply moreover my goals as follow
Upgrade my knowledge related to business administration to keep pace the development and transformation management , Stick my self in managerial position in the construction company
