Marketing and HR are totally different careers. Which would you enjoy more?
You spend most of your waking hours at work. If possible, you might as well try to do what you enjoy!

Hi wafa,
Both marketing and HR can pay well. Imagine how much the Group Director of HR earns at Shell, for example.
You will be paid more in the career that advances most rapidly. And you will advance most rapidly in the career you enjoy best. When you enjoy your work, you tend to do well.
Don't do marketing, HR or anything else just because of salary expectations. Why waste your life doing something you don't enjoy?
