Where are you? Did you consider the SMIB MSc part time at ESSEC?

Thanks duncan for the reply, I am in France. Actually , i am considering an MBA or the following MSc :
- SMIB MSc part time at ESSEC
- Business Consulting MSs part time at ESCP or EMIB Online ESCP
For HEC and EMLyon, I should need 5 years' experience in order to apply for their MSc programs si i have to wait one more year.
What do you think about certificates : is it worth it ?

A certificate or online masters won't meet your needs. The SMIB is a rock solid option. Does the ESCP curriculum work better for you?

Hi Duncan, sorry for my late answer...I am considering now the following executive MSc :
- SMIB MSc part time @ ESSEC : it's a very business oriented MSc
- Business Consulting MSc part time @ ESCP : it's a very consulting oriented MSc
- MSIT MSc par time @ HEC/Mines : it's a very digital & IT management oriented MSc

As i said, my goals are :
- to work and live in EU (I live in France)
- to be a top leader/manager in a tech company
- to enhance my skills in management and business

What do you think Duncan ? :)

Both these are well known and well designed programmes.

The ESSEC SMIB is a much better programme for many students, in the sense that the programme is broader, deeper and more rigourous. It is the timeless curriculum for international management. The cohort is more diverse, because it is in English.

The SMIT has a narrower profile and the curriculum is more fashionable and will be out of date more quickly. It fits well with the needs of the functional manager that need to speak the language of the boardroom. Two networks are more valuable, especially since one is HEC.

I think the SMIB will change you more and tell you more that you don't already know. For networking in France, the SMIT is better.
