MBA or Masters? I'm from Ukraine, 36 years old.

What is better option in my particalar case?
I have masters in economics, but in Ukraine. 12 years of working experience, mostly in business development role. 6 of them - was running small own business - international trade.
I'm tired of this. I want to change my path and even try to change country at least for several years for getting some experience.

I don't think I'm too old for this, but... after running small business does any business school accept me?
As for masters, age is critical, I think.

Will be thankful for good advices.
I did GMAT in 2013, the rezult was 680.

I thought about Denmark, Netherlands, but it's not the point.

English is not enough for NL as working language?
Is it worth learning Dutch for a year before school in order to find better job afterwards?

You can get an initial role in English, but Dutch will be important for progression. Maybe come a few months early and get to A2 or b1.

Yes, unless you prefer to do a master's in finance an MBA will be better than a MSc.

Also search the board for RSM. A while back there was an RSM graduate who was saying that many of their cohorts landed jobs in The Netherlands even without Dutch language fluency.
