MBA or Masters in International Tourism and Hospitality Management

Hi,
I am Sri Ram, 37 years old from India. I am interested in European MBA or Masters in International Tourism and Hospitality Management. Kindly suggest which (MBA or Masters) is best for getting a job after completion.

I would like to know more information regarding best Colleges and the admission criteria. Please check my details and kindly let me know which college suits my background.

Age : 37
Nationality : Indian
Under Graduation : 4 Years Bachelors in Computer Science (completed in 2007)
Graduation : Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Science - United Kingdom (completed in 2009)
Experience : Self Employed since 2012 (Currently running a 20 Bedroom Hotel and a few Serviced Apartments)

I don;t think the different between these degrees is material. What will matter are:
1. Are you graduating from an above-average school, that your target employers actively recruit from? For example, MBAs are more highly valued than MSCs, but an MBA from a below-average school will not get you a job. An MSc from a great school is better than an MBA from a poor school.
2. Do you have the language skills and acculturation needed? Maybe there is an Greek hotel school with 100% placement, but if you don't speak Greek you might not be able to find work.
