MBA vs. MSc (Business and Administration) from University?

Hi!
I graduated from a Finnish university in 2005 and I have an MSc in business and administration. I do, however, feel that there is something missing and I'd like to learn more about international marketing and business. Would an MBA be suitable or is it an equivalent to MSc? Thanks in advance for your help and advice!

No, MSc is not equivalent to an MBA.
In fact, the MBA is a very specific degree for highly qualified young professionals, after some year of work experience. Is that the case for you?

You'd benefit of that experience in the sense that you have a clearer idea about your needs in practice, that you know more precisely than a student what your goals are, and also what your deficiencies are and where you still have a need to get more know how. So you'd probaley focus on the something that you feel is missing!

Besides, the fact that you share classes with other young professionals you'll have a very different exchange.

You can also do specialised MBAs, in the field that is specially of your interest.
