I'm not sure what you're asking. You know from the MiM rankings which schools exist and most will be very clear about whether or not you have too much work experience for a MiM. There is a vast amount of quite consistent advice about how to study for the GMAT and why you should apply early and tell them you'll send the GMAT ASAP.

I don't know:
- why take a MiM when you can wait until September '16 and apply for MBA entry in September '17
- where in the world you want to work
- what your language skills are

It is late so, other things being equal, apply to schools where people with your nationality/background are in short supply, where you will add to the diversity of the cohort and where your firms or its larger competitors tend to recuit the most in your target countries.

Thank you for your reply. I've read a lot of your posts and I know you give good advice.

Sorry I wasn't being clear enough;

- I feel MBA is for people who have more experience and I wouldnt benefit much if i had only 3 yrs of work experience.

- i want to work in Europe (no specific place in UK bit i did my undergrad in UK). I want to look at changing fields (i.e. consultancy or banking) and I feel MiM gives more flexibility to what you apply. I also feel I need to improve my current background.

- Chinese and English.

I guess to put it simple, I want to change fields/companies, my background isn't very good, I want to do an MiM to help me look for new opportunities, and being this late and my background is it still realistic to find a decent school for MiM. I'll do a GMAT asap and look at schools from the criteria you suggested above.

Perhaps a masters in finance in the UK or Ireland is an option. Without a local language options on the mainland are limited.
