What's your definition of affordable?
It's difficult to advise without knowing a bit more about your background and what your professional goals are.

Hi Aslamo,
I mean less than 15-20K
I’m 40 and working as Operations Manager in Healthcare Industry.
I worked in different position in Medical companies but mostly focused in customer service, technical support and logistic.
I’ve studied Economy at University in Italy, worked there and then moved to work in Switzerland.
I would like to take a EMBA to improve my cv abs be ready for senior management positions
I would like 12 months full online EMBA

Your criteria leave you only with weak options. The best of the bad bunch is:

Every university is accredited by someone, even it's by their uncle. The University of London Global MBA doesn't have any of the three most respected accreditations for MBAs: AMBA, AACSB or EQUIS.
Executive MBAs are normally on campus, and degrees will normally say "MBA" not "Executive MBA". I can't think of any [meaningfully-accredited] online executive MBA in your budget (I assume you mean $20k USD) that takes 18 months or fewer.
If you have 18 months then a very good option is the Open University in the UK, which has all three of those accreditations:
