PROS- Online experience of an in-person class may have better experience, option to travel and attend class if desired. Has enough recognition in the US, not too far from other two universities. May have better perception in the industry compared to pure online MBA programs offered by other two.

CONS- Maybe not as highly ranked as the other two in general for reputation. $30k more.

My objective is to advance my career using Online MBA, I was looking for reputation and value in the market.

General Questions

I may be able to afford the Krannert if I push it, but at almost $30,000 more than the other two options, is it worth it?

Do you see any huge factor that could at least make me eliminate one of the options completely?

None of these online programs will give you access to US jobs unless you're already based there.&nbsp; <br><br>Solely based on reputation, they are all pretty similar, so I would use other factors such as the curriculum, class profile and teaching methods to make your choice.&nbsp; <br><br>In my personal view, Purdue's brand has been a bit diluted by Purdue University Global (formerly Kaplan University), which is a different school altogether but piggybacks off of the Purdue name/prestige in their frequent ad campaigns in the US.&nbsp; As a result, there are a lot of people who claim to have a Purdue MBA even though what they really mean is they have a Purdue Global MBA.&nbsp; <br>

[/quote]<br><br><br>All 3 are interchangeable in terms of national reputation - they're all good schools but not top tier obviously.&nbsp; However, as you probably already know, reputation outside of the elite schools depends on your location.&nbsp; If you work in Boston, BU would be widely known.&nbsp; If you work in Chicago, UIUC is widely known.&nbsp; <br>
