Profile review: 4 years work experience, consulting

Hello everybody! I am interested in having the experts here review my profile and suggest some business schools I should apply to (aiming to apply to begin the MBA in fall 2020).

My background: female, American, 27. Total of 4 years of work experience at McKinsey, currently at the Associate level (one promotion). Focusing on Marketing / Sales consulting.

Undergrad performance was so so. 3.3 GPA total at a decent school (top 50 nationwide). I didn't stand out, other than some club memberships.

GMAT: I haven't taken it but I expect to get 700+.

My goals now are to get into technology consulting. I've been pretty happy at McKinsey but I'm open to other places. Ideally I could get some international experience (I'm extremely open to studying / working in London or Singapore for a couple of years,) but my long term goals are US-based.

What schools should I target? I appreciate all suggestions!

Your profile seems to be good. I think with a bit of studying for gmat, you have a shot at any school you want.

I'd say if your long term goals are US-Based, go for MIT. There is no better name in tech! It is a name that will be known in any country. There are better names for consulting out there, so there are more options, of course. Any of the M7 is worth considering.

MIT is a good suggestion. Any of the top schools will place in firms like Accenture and the other firms that do a lot of tech consulting. I think you should aim for the best school you can, and then secondarily pick a school with a strong tradition of technology.

Of course, Stanford would be a good option as well.

Thank you all for the advice. I know some people with MIT MBAs so I will be discussing with them. LBS I know less about but the more I read about it the more it's interesting to me. A lot to think about, this is all appreciated!
