Yes. According to the SMU website, that is the online test for people who do not submit GMAT or GRE scores with their application. If you leave the GRE/GMAT fields blank, you will be provided with instructions to the practice tests via email. Once you are ready, you will be issued with a username and password to access your test online. Scores will be sent directly to SMU. This test will cost S$200 per attempt.
