I was hoping that mba will help me land a job in Spain or in EU. It has always been a dream if mine to work and get to experience living abroad. Not really targeting to secure a managerial role immediately after the degree as I understand that it requires a level of fluency so mid level role is okay. Using the mba as a stepping stone to secure employment in Spain or EU

Intensive training in Spanish would be a better investment than an MBA. If Barcelona is your focus, learn Catalan too.

I can't see what role you can get with an MBA but no local language skill which you cannot get without an MBA. A free or cheap MSc at a state university might be a good option.
