which school to choose?

Hi all,

I hope everyone's doing well. I'm finally done with the whole application process to the exec MBA programs. Now I'm contemplating which school to choose: Oxford (Said), Cambridge (Judge), University of Virginia (Darden). There is definitively an important "+" in the Darden case study method and the module schedule arranged all around the globe. But what do you think from the stand point of the brands? Is there a more "wow" affect when there's a Cambrdge or Oxford name in the resume?

I think this really depends on where you are. Oxbridge is a great brand in Europe and UVa is famous in the US. But, educationally and in terns of soft skills transformation, I think Darden will be amazing.

There is certainly a wow factor for Oxford and Cambridge if you're in the UK. I know some American executives who've done these programs (and especially LBS, in addition) as well, because they feel like the British experience looks good on their CVs, although I think this is beside the point.

In Europe, the UK brands will carry some weight as well, although a program like ESCP's would be arguably better, depending on where you are in your career.
