I scored 720 on the GMAT as well, and will apply to LBS and Insead. Does anybody have any suggestions for a third, "safety" school to apply to? Just in case I do not get into LBS or Insead. I was thinking Cranfield, but am open to suggestions.
Thanks!

What are your goals? LBS and Insead are totally different programmes: why those two?

I cross-referenced the GMAT tier list (http://www.find-mba.com/board/27082) with the list for best schools for consulting (http://www.find-mba.com/specializations/56/consulting) - focusing on the UK and Europe broadly.
My goals are to go into management consulting - I'd like to work in a firm like McKinsey in one of their European offices.

Insead is a good choice if you're already in consulting. If you want to move in, LBS is better.
PS Of course, build language skills for Europe.

Great, I will focus on LBS. Is there another school that you would suggest, perhaps one I could apply to as a "safety" school?

I also got a 720 GMAT score but am focused on schools in Asia. I am currently teaching English in provincial China, but would rather be in either Hong Kong or Singapore for my MBA. Any suggestions?

Insead, maybe?
There aren't a lot of options, and I would stick to the ranked schools with your GMAT score. Generally, you should also look at these schools:
HKUST - Hong Kong
HKU - Hong Kong
NUS - Singapore
Nanyang - Singapore
If you were also open to mainland China, CEIBS has a well-regarded MBA program as well. You're probably aware that Chinese skills and cultural knowledge would be important if you were looking for career growth on the mainland though.
Of these, it would obviously depend on your post-graduation career goals. If you wanted to stay in either Hong Kong or Singapore, then a school in the city you want to stay in would be appropriate. Insead's alumni network and career services probably have the widest reach, globally, out of all the options.
