Hi I need suggestions for MBA in canada

GMAT-620(Q49, V26). I know it's low.
X-85%
XII-89%
UG(B.E.)- 62%(India)
Work Experience- 2+ years
EC's- Good.

I am planning to apply for Sauder, Schulich, Haskayne, Ivey, Simon Fraser. What are the odds that I get into a good B-School in Canada? Can I consider some other schools like McGill, Jon Molson ? But I heard Jon Molson Avg. Salary is too low. I am a bit confused as I am concerned about ROI. And also please suggest me if University Of Cape Town is good. I am also considering it. Someone please be helpful and reply to my post ASAP. I am already worried about my score, but I am not going to give another try :|

Why won't you give it another try? You have plenty of time for the 2014 entry.

Your work experience and undergraduate percentage are also well below average and, since you are Indian, you need to aim at schools where you are above average. There is no point applying to top schools like McGill or Schulich (with a 620 GMAT).

It is. But you do realize it's not in Canada, right?

You might be competitive at the weaker schools - Haskayne, Concordia - but you have much less of a chance, especially considering your lower-than-average work experience.

I'd retake the GMAT, aim for 660, but 700 would make you a viable option at the stronger schools.

Even I have a GMAT score 620 with 5 years of work experience...any suggestions for me? I am not willing to give GMAT another time....schools that I have shortlisted are Telfer, Alberta, Carleton,Ryerson and University of Victoria....any thoughts about my chances of cracking any of these schools? Howz the job prospects for MBA grads from any of these schools....Also now that Uvic has triple accreditions hows the MBA program there and what are the job prospects?

This U of Victoria in this thread is in Canada, and does not have triple accreditation. The triple accredited one is in New Zealand: Victoria Business School.

@ Duncan ....please refer to the uvic mba website once www.uvic.ca/gustavson/gill/mba/admissions/.... it clearly shows the triple accredition symbols.....

No, you are mistaken. Triple accreditation requires accreditation by AMBA (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triple_accreditation). UVic neither claims, nor has, it.
