procedure for getting addmissions in swizerland B schools with out GMAT & tofel

I have 3 yers of experiance in IT industry will you please suggest me the good Bschool europe an swis& can i do mba on tourisam ? will that suit for my career .

Please don't do that. There are no good MBAs taught in English that don't require the TOEFL. Without the TOEFL, the students can't really follow the course or take part in classroom discussions. And without good English, many MBA roles will not be available to them. The only schools that will accept you will be a terrible school.

Please, instead take the TOEFL and the GMAT. If you score is now then consider a foundation course, like the St Andrew's diploma in business and english http://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/elt/foundation/businessandenglish/
