Hi. It is going to sound weird but i have done my Bachelor of Dental Surgery ( bds) in india. And my dad has a finance consultant business which runs pretty well and someone has to take care of it. My question is as i just want to persue mba in either USA or Canada and come back to india. I am not looking for top unis but decent would be nice. What are the minimum gmat requirements, plus can i show 6 months of work experience in my dads firm only?

You should look at master's in management programs, since you have less than the 3 year's of work experience generally required by MBA programs.
The Duke Master in Management Studies is a great choice. The middle 80 percent range for GMAT scores is between 570 and 750. For this program, I would think that a 680-700 score would be competitive, all other things being equal.
In Canada, check out UBC Sauder's Master in Management, which is ranked in the FT. The average GMAT score there tends to be in the 640-650 range.

A masters in finance might be a better option. Try the Financial Tims ranking.
