You are absolutely true...all of them belong to the same pack...its not only difficult but rather impossible to list out minute differences between the 4 schools. I suggest you contact the career service dept of the individual Unis and ask them to provide the count of student placed though career service alone. this might give you an idea.

I had inquired with the career services of an University and the Business School faculty was happy to give the email id of an alumnus who shares the same nationality as mine. Since the ID was a corporate email hence it was 100% authentic.

the person as an ex student was very helpful and clarified many doubts and yes, that was my first step in networking! lol!

All the schools you mentioned are not great in any way,

the schools you mentioned are more than 100 years old school that is the only good thing about them, they take freshers too, so u wont learn much.But all the school's you have mentioned have good ranking

But remember none of them have any accredations like AMBA,AACSB and EQUIS, which means no quality education.

Can the above mentionsed uni degree helps to get jobs in UK. what will be the annual minimum package for passout . (If we search jobs ourselves also).
As its a huge inverstment for me (bank loan), and to return back my investment i hav to do job in UK for 1-2 years after my grads.

The above mentioned school's by you , are not really good for job prespective, it would be just like you have done a degree MBA, and remember the schools i have mentioned have almost the same fee as the schools mentioned by you, and also i would like to inform you, your expenditure in uk would be nothing less than 800GBP per month.

time is running, most of the schools i have mentioned have by now closed there application for Sep-2009 intake, try to apply ASAP for the schools,

Exeter, St. Andrew, Leicester, Hull and Surry are not that good for post-grad level in business related studies.

regarding expenses, u r quite right...If one doesnt lead an extravagant life style the avg fooding expense wont be more than £250 and the living cost £400 max. If choose to stay outside London then the cost will decrease by another £100.

st.andrews is one of the top 5 uni of UK, studying there means, any degree is well recognized globally,

Leicester and exeter hav been rated as top business school always, when u check any ranking, and also has AMBA Accredation, so quality guaranteed,

Surrey is super good too as it not only has AMBA, it has AACSB too, which only 12 more Uk business schools have, have means ur degree is recognized by America too.

also i would like to mention ,not to depend on part time job's, as that would affect your MBA

I have my academics as 78.80% SSc, 71.67% HSC, 65.66% in Bach. of Engineering (IT) and have almost 2 years of exp in software MNC (working till date).
The only problem with the list provoded by you is that, the all AMBA accridiated universities require 3 years of work exp (3 yrs is there min requirement but tha average work exp is 6-7 years).that means i have to wait for 2-3 years And i cant think after 2-3 years i will be prepared for going abroad.
Thats why i hav choosen the 4 universities which are good in ranking and in my budget.
Only aim i thought is that to have an MBA degree in 1 year.and in next 2 years job i will repay my loan.Then i will return back to my country.(India).thats it.
Just give me a frank and friendly advice, as its a very though decision of my life. (Im planning for Sept 09 intake in extreme condition it will be feb-10)

i would still suggest you apply for the school, i have mentioned, they may be bit flexible considering your grade(GPA), and i hope you are ready wid your statement of purpose(SOP) and Letter of recommendation(LOR) 1 from employer and one academic.

and if u still wanna go wid what you have in your mind,keep

I go with what Massey has told about the universities in uk. My personal suggestion is that you wait for one more year , have your gmat / ielts preparation in the mean time and then step into the MBA course. I am having nearly 4 years experience in IT industry and has been accepted for a MBA course in University of Surrey for September-2009. The accreditations that Massey mentioned is one of the key factors and dont judge a university without considering this criteria.
