This is because human resources isn't really that technical, and is usually adequately covered in the core curriculum of an MBA program. In my opinion, a better option than the Greenwich program would be to do a general MBA from a ranked business school.
For example, in Bradford's program, you could take a few human-resources related electives. Also, human resources makes up a chunk of the core curriculum in the programs at Cass and Durham.
