Best masters for Entrepreneurial study

Hello,

I have 15 years of experience in IT and working in one of the top 3 cloud providers currently.

I am looking for the best Masters(part-time) or EMBA in UK.
My goal is to launch my own startup after gaining sufficient knowledge and exposure in the startup field. Hence I should get more practical teaching rather than just theory.

I have shortlisted the below programs:

LSE - Executive MSc Social Business and Entrepreneurship (30 days of classes in Uni)
Cambridge - Master in Entrepreneurship (20 days of classes in Uni)
UCL - MSc Entrepreneurship
ESCP EMBA
CASS - EMBA
----
EU
HEC EMBA
HEC MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Online via Coursera)

For EMBA it might be overkill for Entrepreneurship as it will also include management topics for which I have to study and spend time.
My inclination is more towards the program with pure/focus on modules in Entrepreneurship which also include a real-time project and good networking and possibly Accelartor/incubation center to test and develop my idea.

Am I missing some obvious? LBS and Oxford EMBA are quite expensive if I wanted to pursue Entrepreneurship.

Judge stands out as a spectacular degree with a really active alumni network, the global Cambridge ecosystem. The LSE is a pretty weak in terms of network power and active entrepreneurship outside loss-making social projects. The UCL degree is good and well structured: a colleague attended that, and it will have a younger cohort.

Thanks a lot, Stuart. I was only concerned about the on-campus days regarding the Cambridge program as it is just 20 days.

Do you suggest any other program than Cambridge as a backup if I am not able to get into?

I'm not really sure why you think you need a degree, so that;s hard. All of these programs will include management topics. And in fact those topics are perhaps as important, even to somebody who wants to build a startup, than the pure entrepreneurship curriculum.

Ideally you'd want something with a practical component like an accelerator bootcamp. Usually the programs that include these would be in-depth MBAs and the accelerator portion would take place during what would traditionally be internship time. Or, just connect with an incubator or accelerator and work on your startup, and not even pursue a degree.

I'm with Stuart - it's not clear to me that are actually looking for a management degree program. Maybe instead look at short executive courses that cover entrepreneurship topics and where you might also network with VC. That Babson certificate looks interesting.
