Hi there
I would need some help in this. I am from Hong Kong but will be on secondment to the UK shortly for approxiamtely 2-3 years and would like to maximize the time and take a part-time MBA (or master) degree. There are not many choices and I am currently looking at Imperial Weekend MBA and LSE Executive Global Master's in Management. Not sure if I am qualified for Warwick /Cambridge/LBS part-time EMBA.
My background:
Accounting graduate in 2010 in a average university in Hong Kong (QS global ranking 102)
Joined as a management trainee in a MNC and then working on financial planning & analysis and project management work in some instantly recognized brand names. Total working experience is 8 years+
Currently working as a project finance manager (Asia Pacific region) for managing capital expediture for investment projects in a UK listed company.
WIll be moving to the UK for a finance transfomation project supporting the design and implementation of a global ERP.
Career goal:
I would love to move to the consulting field for some years and then going to to in-house after some years (flexible locations). That said, I am happy to explore any accelrated career opportunities within the current company in the UK.
I would need some advice on which programme would suit me the most based on the situation and career goal.
Thanks and regards
Frankie
