Courses for Brand management in UK

I have 8 yrs of work experience in advertising agency. I am looking for courses in UK business school related to my work ex I would like to get placed as product manager, brand manager . Key account manager.
Should I go for MBA or Msc in marketing?

These are very different jobs but, yes, an MSc in product management, brand management or enterprise selling would be a great fit.

A general management degree from a great school like Warwick will get you into a general management track, a entry-level functional role. I'm not sure if you get into a supervisory role.
