Yes, you have certainly named two great schools which are high quality and lower cost: Warwick and Bradford. You can add in a 'course fees' column at http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/online-mba-ranking-2014 and compare them. Durham and perhaps also University of Nebraska-Lincoln could also be on your list.
Don't consider unaccredited MBAs like Heriot Watt which don't requite an undergraduate degree.

thank you for the advice. on my scenario is that do not have a first degree but have a professional marketing qualification from CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF MARKETING UK.can that reduces my chances of being enrolled by those business schools considering i am a chartered marketer who did not follow accademic route ?

Please search the board for commets on programmes. Northeastern University in Boston... that's a good school. Or do you mean the one in Shenyang?

I think the standard MBA has much more flexibility and will have a better cohort. The circular economy is big possibility but it's a very narrow reality. I'm sure the programmes are equally well taught.
