Recent FT EMBA ranking shows LBS at 13th place while ESCP at 7th! Is ESCP EMBA really that good? Can anyone share their experience? In terms of the brand name, at least in the UK, does LBS not hold more value than ESCP?

I am an LBS EMBA alum. Indeed, LBS has much better brand equity outside Paris. But the ESCP MBA is aimed at more senior, older people than the LBS EMBA.

Thanks Duncan. It's interesting that ESCP do not require GMAT/EA for admission and the fees is significantly less that LBS and still they are 7th overall and 1st in the career progression!
How does Oxford/Cambridge EMBA compare to ESCP in the UK in terms of brand value? I assume that 'Oxbridge' is still more recognized!

ESCP is not well known in the UK. Very few of its students in the UK are from here.

That salary for the HKUST / Kellogg program... I know it's inflated due to PPP, but oh boy! SMU's salaries are quite strong too.

Warwick ranked at 22 & CJBS at 31? (based on a set of FT ranking criteria)
CJBS appears to have more brand equity than WBS...do we know why would candidates choose WBS over CJBS?

Honestly, I think candidates would pick Warwick over Cambridge for logistical reasons only. Cambridge is superior to Warwick in all career and program-related aspects. Warwick has risen on most diversity-related variables.

I don't think anyone would apply to both schools and then pick Warwick. That would be really odd.

In terms of raw salary, yeah, Cambridge is certainly doing much better than Warwick.
However, salary *growth* is quite a bit higher at Warwick.
What that tells me is that it's not the same candidates that are applying to both programs, or at least it's not the same candidates that are being accepted. More likely that Warwick students would be younger, less experience, and less senior, and get a larger jump in seniority after program completion. The larger growth is probably a big reason why it's ranked higher.

I spoke to one of the admission team members at CJBS. She said that they are not happy about this and thinking of not participating in the ranking from next year!
I agree with StuartHE. Even though it seems like that Warwick EMBA program is getting better every year in terms of quality of the cohort, salary increase and avg salary, it's still not at the same level as CJBS.
In terms of brand equity, I believe the top three EMBA programs in the UK are offered by LBS, Oxford Said and CJBS.
