No that's not true. The top MiM programmes are very similar to MBAs because they are based on case studies, team work and projects.

Click on that ranking. Click on "Show all available fields" and then click on "Relevant degree". Some are designed for people with commerce degrees, but even those which are not will offer something new.

The major difference is that MiM programmes are for people without work experience, and thus MiM course have more elements focussed on leadership, team work and soft skills than you'd get in an undergraduate degree.
