job scene in india with u.k degree

i have one more doubt regarding job scene in india once u are back with post grad degree from u.k. i have heard from lot of people that u dont get job in india with u.k degree as in india they do not consider a 1 year mba equivalant to full time mba. really concerened over this thing as i am investing soo much money on education so it should land me some decent job back in india. i dont wish to work in uk and will return back to india. so guys if anyone has any idea regarding it plss guide me, thanks...
