I guess that depends on when you intend to start your MBA. If you will learn business German first, then that is a better option. But without it, Ireland or the UK seen like options.

I'm actually planning on starting next September.
My top three options till now are Warwick, Cass, and Mannheim. And i want to do an MBA because i want to pursue a career in consulting or marketing.
If i get accepted in Mannheim (deadline for submitting the application is March 31st), then i'll have plenty of time to learn German.

So the two main points that i have to consider are:

1. Which one of the above three schools is the best?
2. Can i work in the UK after i graduate from London? If the visa laws in the UK allow me to work after i graduate, then i'll definitely choose UK since all 4 of my uncles live in London with their families.

Sorry, how will you be able to learn professional-level German between March and entering an English-speaking graduate school in September? You should drop the MBA and teach this technique instead.

UK employers are able to register so they can sponsor work permits. Almost all major employers have, but they still prefer to hire Europeans who don't require permits. That is a real hurdle, but for most people a smaller one than learning German.

I'd agree with Duncan - with English fluency but no German at this point, you're much better off aiming for London / UK. One other small point:

Use the FT Ranking to sort schools by 'international mobility' to see which schools are better in terms of helping graduates move to new countries. For the UK schools, Cass does a bit better than Warwick, but not as well as the 'better' schools: Oxbridge + LBS.
