I feel bad for those students. I really hope that they can recoup their expenses from this "school."

But it just goes to show you that it's really important to do a lot of research before you commit to something like that. Even for me, I'd never even heard of this school but within 10 minutes of google searches for LSBF, I've found enough red flags to make me skeptical enough not to give them my money.

So basically, if I'm understanding this correctly - LSBF accepted too many students who were not able to secure visas, so their license to sponsor non-EU students was revoked.

Seems like an easy fix: they need to understand the visa rules and investigate their applicants' suitability to land a student visa.

That sort of selectivity negates their business model. They are, as it were, bundling sub-prime assets. The risk profile is, by definition, at the edge already.

You would think that LSBF would respond to this situation on their website, but there is no notice or update or anything.

How could they possibly respond, other than by saying that they are co-operating, surprised by the decision and working hard to send student to their new Singapore 'campus' instead?

LSBF is shameless!!! when LSBF was found unable to sponsor Tier 4 visa’s (last Sept 2015), not olny who were already studying should abandon the studies and the country, but ALSO other prospective students who had already paid their tuition fee, but we're in their home country, were deceived, and lsbf has not returned our money back!!! They are a fraud!!!

They take advantage of the lower position of the students, and put them in a "queue" to return the money. We were not informed about our "order" in such queue, and they just send us meaningful responses to our enquiries. They do not provide more information or explanations.

In July 3rd 2015 I made the entire payment of the tuition fee of the MBA Global. Not was until September 3rd, 2015 that they told me
that they were unable to sponsor the visa’s. At this stage I had already resigned to my job, since the classes would start on end of September in London.
I asked for the refund of the money in September 21st. 2015, one year after, they still keep my money.
Which type of serious institution will make a queue to return the money to students that were not enable to study in their premises because of their internal failures that made them lose the capacity of sponsor the student visas? AVOID THIS INSTITUTION OF CHEATERS!!!

Really? I don't say this lightly, but what a shitshow!
