The highest CIM qualification is a qualification that allows you to enter into an MBA, and is typically integrated into undergraduate programmes not MBAs. I think an MBA should cover all aspects of business management, and not just marketing. If you want to study marketing, do a marketing degree.

All these universities have no value either in the UK or in any other country. If you want to do Marketing, go for a reputed MSc program in Marketing than MBA from any other the above mentioned universities.
