MBA after 3 Years post-grad work experience

Hi,
I finished my degree International Business in 2010, hence its going to be 3 years now and I want to do my MBA (Part-time) as soon as possible due to some personal circumstances. I am currently working in Banking Industry for a reputable bank. I am not willing to do GMAT either. What do you guys suggest, which universities are more flexible to take someone on board with 3 years experience for Part-time MBA. Also, does it make a huge difference if I do Part time MBA or MBA Executive.
I shall be personally grateful if you can take some time and advise me on this issue please.

I suggest you take the GMAT. It's not very hard if you already have a business degree, and you'll get a positive RoI from a programme which has more able students.
