WIth current scenario its not clear whether to opt UK as a destination for the MBA. I too have a offer letter from Bradford. I too have 7 years exp in retail . However, UK govt has also scrapped the Education grant for EU students , hence they too would have to pay the same tuition fee, will it be any sort of impediment for EU students opting in numbers. Since still MNCs their, require people with MBAs & experience. But the big question i guess will remain unanswered for sometime. Guys , anyone can wants to shed some more light on this ??? And anyone going to Bradford for 2011?

Yes the condition are rough , but the value of MBA from reputed business school are always in high demand , i too have 6 years of exp in IT , BI domain , opted to do MBA , i too have offer from Bradford ,let me know if you are planning to go for Bradford , then i can pass my mail id along with phone number

yes am very much planning to pursue from Bradford this year , though conditions are rough. But a MBA from a reputed school always helps in long run. Am also going for it. Fingers crossed and hoping for the best....Any idea how long can we stay in the UK after the course looking out for job? Dont think we need to come back the very next day after final exams, lol :)

So u are from which place? As for duration of stay... under the current Tier 2 regime you will get 3-4 months to look out for oppurtunity. Let's hope that's enough to land something nice ......

Hello guys I went to Bradford mba preview even last night & hopefully will be going to Manchester in 2 weeks time.

Dean was really impressive plus the good news is that they are in progress for AACSB which will put them with few very business school with triple accreditation.

I had an option of 4 business schools, Bradford, Manchester, Lancaster & Warwick. But i am still not sure where to go.

Fee difference is irrelevent as i am getting 100% funding from my employer.

Plus as i am working full time, i am only looking at Exective mba.

Also to mention that i am living in bradford, so bradford got some weighting in that sense.

I am an ACCA with 5 years experience.

Can anyone through a light on these schools ?

Good u had been to Bradford campus .and since u r from the same city... could you pls elaborate how is the brand or recognition of the MBA of theirs in Global market?

And though yes i believe looking into current circumstances its tough for an international student for a job post the programme, however isn't their a slight positivity in the economy & does it seems to better in 2012? since we all would pass out then, will it be the same , whats your opinion?

As for the 3 other unis... Lancaster , Warwick & Manchester are equally reputable & considered the best among top 10 MBA in UK. And in my opinion one should refer as a point of hygiene to FT ranking, if you can speak to the Alumni, 3 accreditation.
