MBA in UK without GMAT/GRE for a 6 years IT experienced B Tech Professional

Hi

I was looking for doing my MBA in UK without doing GMAT/ GRE. I have 6 + years of IT experience as Software Developer and Technology Analyst and went through so many universities websites but couldn't shortlist my univ. So am looking forward from experienced people like you all who can at least give me an insight onto what should I look for while shortlisting a univ. Apart from my professional aspect, am an Indian looking to settle down in UK or any other countries in Europe. So kindly advice.

If you want to settle in the UK then attend a school that requires the GMAT or a similar test. They are the ones that reliably place international students. Manchester and I think Cranfield have their own similar tests. They, at least, are free fo take.

Yes, agreed with Duncan. The schools that do not require the GMAT will not have great post-work opportunities in the UK. Look at the FT ranking and go down the list - these are going to be the best MBA programs for your career goals.

Many good UK business schools do not "require" these tests i.e. this is at most "optional" for many. I can count Lancaster, Durham, and Strathclyde as the very first examples that come to my mind just in a second.
