MBA interview admissions Tips

Hi,
I have been invited for MBA admissions interview. Currently, I am working in a healthcare role with some management experience. I shall be grateful if someone can guide me for interview preparation or share their experience. I am expecting to be asked about why MBA/why now/why this university? Are these stress interviews? Obviously, the university is looking for motivation to do MBA, contribution to the group learning etc. I am not sure whether I am missing something obvious. Do I utilize the same strategies as for the job interviews? Your help will be much appreciated. Thank you

But what they'll be looking for, maybe even above all of that, is a sense of if and how you'll fit at the school. This is something that's really hard for them to gather from your application materials. So think critically about your 'fit' - what's the culture like at the school? Would you feel comfortable in a place like that?
