I will have post graduate scholarship to study in a accounting and finance program or MBA in England in october 2014 . However, bureaucratic process about scholarship is not over.(I received an acceptance from college with 9 weeks presessional course but will burned at the end of this month)
My IELTS score of 5.0 Speaking, Listening: 5.5, 6.0, and reading writing my 7.0(overall 6:00)
With these points is there any university which would accept a 4-week Pre-sessional.
my criterias(If possible):
1- I don't want to live in a boring city
2- I don't want study in a hard programme
3- I don't want to live in london(because very high living expenses)(school fee is not important because of scholarship)
