Take the MSc at a great school. Without three years work experience, you will not be able to attend a good UK MBA.

Thank you for your reply. I read about the Msc HRM importance and CIPD accreditation but my uncle is also in UK and he want to do MBA because my age is not suitable for Msc. I am 26 years old and he told me that MBA is a vast field, it has more value than Msc HRM in practical field. My aim is also go to Australia and settle there. please give me advice me still Msc HRM is better than MBA or not ?

I am not going Australia because their studies are too much expensive and I can't afford it, therefore i decided to get MBA from UK and then apply.

Please tell can I complete my aim by doing MBA from UK or MSc HRM ?

Do you have three years' work experience? If so, then an MBA is an option? Do you want to work in HR? In that case, and MSc in HR is a better qualification than a UK-style MBA (a nine month programme without a concentration).

If you want to work in Australia, do you have the right to work in Australia? If so, go there now and take a non-degree programme in HR. If not, then you may not be able to get a visa for Australia unless you study there.

Thank you for your prestigious advice. I have an engineering degree so My MBA will be of 2 to 2.5 years. I have to take first Pre- MBA then I will direct go to MBA. it will be not of 9 months.

Forget about austrailia now. If you will be on my place then what will be you choose MBA or MSC in Management or HRM or strategic management and leadership. I want to work in management. I also want to work in Uk after completing my study which study will get me job quick ?

I have research about Harriot watt university's Edin burgh business school they are offering MBA and they don't require any experience for MBA admission. They have also reasonable cost of program.

There is a college West London college which is offering Edin burgh business school's degree. What will you prefer if I have to study in Edin burgh business school or West London college because Edin burgh is in Scotland and west London college is in London. What will be suitable for me ?

Read the articles I linked to yesterday. Unaccredited schools like Edinburgh/Heriot Watt are really easy to get into, but their MBAs have less value in the market than MSc degrees from top business schools. I cannot recommend that you take a pre-experience MBA in the UK; it's an inferior choice in every way.

Looking at http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/masters-in-management-2013 it seems that the top MSc programmes in the UK for employment are:
Bradford*
Strathclyde*
Manchester
LSE*
Durham
Aston*
ESCP Europe*

Look at those schools. The ones with a * seem to be best for international mobility. Focus on those five.

I agree to you and now I make my mind for Msc but I am little bit confused in Msc degrees for example there are many Msc , I want to work in management so which degree I have to choose Msc Human Resources, Msc Management, Msc Engineering Managemnet, Msc leadership and strategic management etc.

I think it's fair to say that it's in the bottom quarter of British universities. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_Bedfordshire#Rankings I don't think it has a good or average reputation. Obviously I am a specialist in business, not engineering, but I would be surprised if they were effective at placing international students into work here. I should mention that there's a big General Motors plan in Luton: Vauxhall. If you're in the auto industry, I guess that's the biggest employer.

I suggest you take more time and apply for a better programme even if that means taking a year to improve your GMAT and IELTS score.

I am preferring MSc Human Resources Management but Some universities required relevant degree in the entry requirement of this course but I am an engineering graduate. So what will you suggest me ?
