MSc (International Management) in UCD/TCD/NCI or MBA from Griffith college?

I have gone through the discussions section related to the business colleges in Ireland.
What has me confused is whether MSc from a well known and reputed college is better than the MBA from a less reputed college.

My Educational counselor here in India suggested me to get into Griffith college or National college Ireland since my educational background is not of any business related course. I have completed my engineering in 2017 and I have a 1 year experience in sales and marketing in an French Multinational firm. Also, I do not have a strong financial background to fund my MBA from UCD and TCD, hence I am opting for MSc from these colleges.

Kindly help, Awaiting reply from Duncan because he seems to be the most logical and reasonable person to answer in all the discussion threads that I read.

I guess this depends on your goals. A good MSc is much better than an unaccredited Freshers MBA. In terms of finding work, an MSc in Finance will typically be even better than a MiM. UCD is the better school and, of course, an even better school in another country would be better still. Dublin is super interesting now, with jobs moving there from the UK because of Brexit.

I appreciate your prompt reply Duncan. My area of interest is MSc/MBA in international Business/Management. I am choosing Ireland due to the Hot Employment opportunities in Dublin. Would you, based on your experience and knowledge recommend me the same?

The MSc at UCD is a better choice than a Freshers MBA but a worse choice than an even better MSc. Surely UCD requires a business undergraduate... Or at least the FT ranking says so. I recommend you focus on the courses listen in the FT MiM ranking rather than less quantitative alternatives at the same school.
