msc management

I'm graduating , with a bachelors in accounting and finance (cgpa 3.3) and hold the claritas investment certificate (cfa institute) qualification , and the cfa level 1 qualification.
needed advice on which masters in management program to pursue , as i am irish national , and want to work in uk/ireland for approximately 3-4 years to gain experience before i head on to the Amba program

Why not take a masters in finance? Lancaster has a programme for CFA1 people at its London campus: http://www.lancaster.ac.uk/lums/study/masters/programmes/advanced-financial-analysis/

i want to enter a career in human resources and was hoping that a masters in management would give me greater diversity, also wouldn't it be easier to gain admission in a masters in management program at a top 10 business school in uk. Also could give me advice on career prospects

The FT Masters in management ranking is very reliable: better schools have better outcomes. The websites of those programmes outline career outcomes, If you want to work in HR in the UK, however, you should take an MSc in HR with CIPD accreditation.

I don't think that is the case. If it were, then RGU would be in respected rankings of postgraduate programmes, like the FT's.
