The Oxford dream?

Hi
My gmat score is 660 and i have 6.5 years of experience in a top Multinational bank (as an analyst)

I really wnat to go for oxford
But should i again gv gmat
I gv gmat twice this year and got same score

Or is it not possible without good gmat
Plus can oxford give scholarship to someone with this profile?

Or is it just a dream i neec to let go off?

If it's not evident that you could do this by emailing the admissions team of the degree you are interested in, then perhaps Oxford is indeed best left as a dream.
