If I haven't missed, nothing in the post mentions that UCD has an average score of 640. Looking at the market conditions now what would you suggest me looking at my profile.

Adding to the profile above, I am also the director of a registered company which is soon getting into e-commerce market.

I suggest you improve your GMAT and get into the best school you can which fits your goals.

If you are running your own business then i would suggest opt for a country when you find enough apatite for your business, as UK govt is bring a new law for entrepreneurs where around 1000 overseas students will be allowed to start their own business here in the UK.

I have put that as plan B.

Plan A is to try for the colleges with this score. I am seriously looking at UCD because of the ease in starting a business after my MBA. Having said that I would also want to work.

Not to entirely disuade the OP from applying to UCD, but I'd at least make the point to him that simply having the minimum is often not competitive. As mentioned elsewhere in this thread, the average GMAT score is over 600 - and that, combined with the fact that OP is part of a very competitive applicant group (IT professional from India,) I'd think that he'd need something else to give him an edge.

Since most of the B-Schools seeks for 600+ scores on an average unless the candidate has exceptionally good profile and i dont think 560 is a very impressive scores to be projected to good Universities for admission. However i would suggest that you can look for universities accepting without GMAT scores as well. some of these universities are
1. Aston
2. Durham
3. Bradford
4. Strathclyde
5. Birmingham
all these are among top 100.
