I think you should use the ranking that's most appropriate. The FT has separate rankings for MBA, MSc in finance, and MSc in management disciplines (which I think is the best guide for HRM generally). For undergraduate courses, then there are lots of guides: Guardian, Sunday Times etc.

The Eduniversal rankings are useful because they stress academic research. If you wanted to do a PhD or research masters, then I'd suggest you look at http://www.best-masters.com/ranking-master-human-resources-management-in-western-europe.html

PS But, of course, also look at your career goals. E.g. to work in the UK you should attend a course which is CIPD accredited.

Hello everyone, I am 31 years old, I have worked in a leading financial institution in Nigeria as the head of customer service and I want to branch out to the field of human resource management.
Due to personal issues I was unable to apply to my choice schools on time and now I have offers to Aston, Henley, Birmingham and Leeds.
I am so confused n which to choose. I am leaning towards henley or aston. Can anyone help me make an informed decision as these rankings are inconsistent. Aston ranks higher in some while Henley is higher in others. Please help!!!

Henley is a good school. Its finance MSc degrees are especially strong.
