you have fair chance of getting into Durham. but with 10+ years of exp you can also get through into some better ones.

I was accepted by Durham MBA(DL) based on the following:

1. 15 years work experience
2. FCMA (UK) and CMA (Canada)
3. did not complete undergraduate degree
4. No GMAT

My application was accepted before sending in any academic transcript. I only sent in my CV and letter of good standing from CIMA and CMA Canada

Interesting. Any insight on why you chose Durham's program rather than an online EMBA with that kind of experience?

I have only applied for Durham's program, have not decided whether to attend.

I am at a stage where an MBA/EMBA probably will not increase my salary or advance my career.

Main reasons I am doing an MBA program are:

1. I regret not being able to finish my bachelor degree when I was younger,
2. A DL MBA program will satisfy CIMA's CPD hours requirement.

I am considering Durham as it's DL MBA is relative cheap compare to other programs and the school is somewhat reputable.

The point is: Frank should stand a good chance in gaining admission to Durham's DL MBA

I am looking at Durham due to the following reasons:

1) Durham has a global residence programme in Frankfurt and I am based in Frankfurt now.
2) Triple Accredidation
3) No distinction between DL,FT and PT.They all follow the same course curriculum.
4) As mentioned by cdrsteve, the cost is comparably reasonable for such reputable school.

Duncan, why do you think try are making low profits there?

I don't think any non-profit business schools make big profits. Their costs simply expand, because any surplus is ploughed back into scholarships, salaries and facilities. Most full-time MBA programmes make a loss.
