Accelerated 1 year full-time MBA without GMAT

Hi!

I am thinking of doing an accelerated (1 year) full-time MBA from the USA.

What are the universities that offer the same and which amongst those can also waive GMAT requirement.

I do possess a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering with 15 + years of technical experience.

after you find some programs you like, and have specific questions about them, post here again.

I do hold good managerial positions experience. It is only that currently I am in India and for an EMBA, I believe one is expected to be working in USA. i.e. the EMBA is designed to be for working executives.

With job market not that healthy, I can not pick up a job in USA easily. So, EMBA is out (as far as I think).
But a full-time MBA might be possible as I can then travel to USA easily (as being in a job is not required for that).

My aim is not to just reach USA but to do MBA there and develop my career further.
