What's your background - especially, how much work experience do you have?
And what are your goals? Usually, the best strategy is to study where you want to work. If you don't want to work in the US, you'd probably save money by pursuing a program in mainland Europe or the UK. Vlerick has an an FT-ranked program that's less than 15,000 EUR, for instance.
