CBS - Multiple Recommendation Letters?

Long time lurker, first time poster. I missed the cutoff for CBS MBA next semester but i want to get my ducks in a row for the next one. Their website says that first time applicants "require one recommendaiton"

Does that mean I can only submit one, or that I have to submit at least one? Because I have multiple ones.

And if i do submit additional ones, does that help or count against me.

They want a small amount of high-quality information. They want one recommendation, not more, from the supervisor you report to.
