Yes, they hold some value. Whether or not they are the best investment for you depends on the alternatives. A part-time programme on campus will typically give you a better return, and a better experience. You are in the same city as the Carey school: why not start there, or with UoA?

I appreciate your rompr response on this, I agree and understand the interactive program like evening school would be better as the students have more interactions and participation in class but the biggest problem with both schools ASU and UofA is the tuition fee both program cost approx 55 -60k which is very expensive for me as a single earning individual and have family to support. Unfortunately the other schools with part time evening program are all non AASCB.That is the reason I looked at some alternatives and found the online options
New Mexico state university (NMSU)
University of Wisconsin (UW)
West Texas A&M University
Texas A&M commerce
Need advice in whether to proceed with these online options or not

I think this really depends on your goals. Personally, I am a big fan of the University of Wisconsin Consortium program (especially good value if you have already done the prerequisites), and the Georgia WebMBA program, where you can choose which university you become an alumnus of.
