Fair priced MBA in the southern US/ Europe (Jan start)

Hi house, I have been studying these boards for the best part of one year now.
I am looking to do an MBA In one of 3 locales; the US, southern EUrope, or (ideally not). Canada.
I have already a Canadian CA/CPA Chartered accountancy and my reasons for seeking an MBA are mainly professional development, and to enjoy an amazing year abroad meeting new business contacts. I don't seek a top school and at the end of it, would be really open to what I do next; I always have my accountancy career and banking to fall back on.

I'm looking for schools with January start dates that last 12 months in one of the warmer states (Florida, California, Texas, etc) ideally accreditted. Failing that, a school with a January start in Spain/Italy/Germany.
So far, I have looked at CSU East Bay and CSU San Berbardino as meeting my criteria. I really am attracted to uc3M in Madrid but it's lack of a January start date makes it unlikely for me. Would anybody have any recommendations within my budget?

Thanks for the swift reply. My budget is quite limited; probably about $25 - $35k, with 35 being at the high end.
I hope to just gain general management skills and networking skills; I am currently a senior analyst in an investment company but have never really been "taught" any management principles; I've just learnt on the job. Will be good to formalize that. Hope that makes sense? Longer term (about 2 years post-MBA) the plan is to return to Africa and set up a consulting firm.

I can't think of a single accredited MBA program in the US that fits your requirements. If you were a bit more flexible on either (a) the start data (b) the location, and (c) the cost, you'd have a lot more options that would be worth the investment.

Thanks for the response. Assuming I relaxed the January start date constraint, would you have any suggestions?

So far, I am researching CSU East Bay, CSU San Bernardino, (both in California, about $30k each), plus UC3M in. Madrid and CNAM in Paris (not massively keen on that school though).

Take a look at mastersportal.eu. Filter it by your budget and then sort on fees from high to low. You get what you pay for, as long as you stick to accredited schools. There are some great schools in Turkey and Greece which are good value.
