Harvard Round 3

Hi, I'm going to apply to Harvard Business School for the MBA. Problem is that one of my recommenders is not going to be able to get his letter of recommendation in before the application deadline for round 2... which means that I will be forced to apply in round 3.

My question is - is it even worth applying in round 3? Or should I just wait until next year?
