Are you looking specifically for an MBA program? There are a few schools that offer human resources specialization programs within their MBAs - try UCLA Anderson, BYU Marriott, or if you're thinking globally, Instituto de Empresa (IE.)
If you're not completely set on an MBA, you might also try looking for schools that offer Masters in Human Reources Management (MHRM,) like Rutgers.
As far as schools specifically in Florida, the only one that I'm aware of is the College of Business at the University of North Florida - it offers a MHRM/MBA degree, it's AACSB accredited, and according to the Princeton Review a few years back it was one of the top five value colleges in the U.S. May be worth a look.
